TICKET EXCHANGES



Exchange/Refund policy:

Exchanges are free at Overture Center! However, you will be charged for any upgrade in seating section, if applicable. Tickets can be exchanged throughout the season at any time. This year we’re adding the option to exchange tickets via phone for added convenience.

Exchanges must be made for performances within the same production. Exchanges cannot be made for other productions in the season. Refunds can only be made for cancelled performances.

By phone: Call Overture’s Box Office at 608-258-4141. Have your tickets in hand when you call, as well as your desired exchange dates. See below for hours of operation.

In-person: Monday - Friday: 11am - 5pm, Saturday: 11am - 2pm. Door will open to the public beginning on August 19th. Phone exchanges are available immediately.

By mail: Send the tickets you wish to exchange to the Overture Center Box Office at 201 State St Madison, WI 53703. Be sure to include a note with your contact information, including the date for which you want to exchange your tickets. Your new tickets will be held at the Will Call window at the Overture Center ticket office unless you include a self-addressed stamped envelope.

Digital Viewing Option Available All Season

All season long, you will have the option to request that we convert your in-person ticket to a digital viewing. To make that change, simply email tickets@overture.org with the full name of the ticketholder and the order number, which can be found on your ticket.

To access the digital version, you must have an Overture login to view the show. Not sure if you have an Overture.org account? Please visit the Overture account page and attempt to log into your account in advance of watching. If you're not able to log in with your email address, please email tickets@overture.org or call the Overture box office at 608-258-4141 for assistance in setting up your login.
